Seriously, though, I love Chicago.
Also, I got these sandals for $5 at a used clothing store. I now will give dj_spider a run for her money as "tallest chick in the place." |

now THAT looks like a broken ankle if ive ever seen one!
Yeah. I twisted it a bit even in the store.
But heck, I'll just take them off if I ever have to go down stairs.
you'll get used to them. I generally live in platforms, but my first pair of sandals took some getting used to. The lack of ankle support is the kicker. You'll probably strengthen muscles in your calves that you didnt know you had!
I concur. The switch from stompy boots to stompy shoes took some practice. It didn't help I wore them dancing the first night. But I persevered and now I wear them all the time.
**narrows eyes** Oh you will, will you? Damn, I hate having to work harder!! ;)
But seriously good find! I can't wait until the weather decides what it wants to do around here, so I can break out my sandals!
Yeah, but you're like 6'1" without, right? You have a natural advantage!
well, yeah -- but still, ye be threatening my ramparts! LOL!
(Gods, if I was that serious about being ginormous, somebody should shoot me! I'm just happy to be able to look other women in the eye!)
What is your tall? (My tall is 183cm)
My tall is also 183 cm!
Oh man, I missed Mahir.
cripes, as if you need any help in the tall department.
Hahahaha!! So do these like...put you at 6'7" or something? :P
Great find!! And excellent price!! The thrift shopper in me is jealous, even if I could never wear them :-)
*feh* Tall just means easy to knock off balance.
thatd make an awesome b movie attack of the 50 foot lawyer/dj
