Back from Blacksun, which was a blast as usual. Except it was kind of a cold blast this year. Regardless, ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) gleipnir23 is a princess among women for putting up with our dumb selves, and reverendbrian is a rockstar for hooking us up with the show-ness and dragging our butts around.
Met a lot of great people, saw a lot of great bands and got to talk with some real Germans. And jazz hands. Now I'm tired and stuck at work.

Hardly! The only real disappointment was Zombie Girl -- I love love love the music on cd, but the live show left a lot to be desired.
Really? I kind of liked the Nina Hagen thing she had going on :)
I second that.
I went back upstairs after The Azoic, and then back down for A23. I had actually been looking forward to Zombie Girl, but it just wasn't doing much for me.
It really wasn't doing much for us, either. I would have run upstairs, but I couldn't really navigate the stairs really well. :(
Mucho to be desired! Renee is nice and all, but from my point of view (over in merch table land), I just really wasn't impressed with the live performance. I was more impressed with the audience performance. Swing dancing! I'll just stick to their CDs.
It was good harassing seeing you both out!
